We encourage all customers to review product details, sizing, and order information carefully before completing a purchase.
ORDER ACCURACY
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all information, including shipping address and item selection, is correct at checkout.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed within a standard processing window prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, Sweet T is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.
PRODUCT CONDITION

ONE OF NONE pieces are individually customized and made to order. Because of the nature of these products, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled due to change of mind, incorrect selections, sizing, or personal preference.
CUSTOMIZATION & CREATIVE CONTROL
Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections before placing an order, including size, base hat, colors, personalization, and placement.
Sweet T NYC retains creative control over the final execution of each piece. Minor variations in placement, spacing, crystals, stitching, color, and finishing may occur as part of the handmade customization process. Digital previews and reference images are for visual guidance and do not guarantee an exact final result.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping. Production time does not include transit time.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Sweet T NYC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
CUSTOM DETAILS & CARE
Embellishments, crystals, embroidery, patches, and other custom elements should be handled with care. Sweet T NYC is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, normal wear, washing, alterations, or handling after delivery.
